Eternity Custom Design Boutique completely understands the inconvenience and

struggle fitting and sizing your favorite pieces could cause for these reasons

and more we offer the below return services for our dolls.

We accept EXCHANGE ONLY.

When considering a return please note that all merchandise must be returned fully within 10days of receipt.

Shipping and handling fees are NON-REFUNDABLE.

ALL SWIMSUITS AND BODYSUITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

Merchandise returned must be unworn, fragrance-free, and smoke smell-free. All returned items must have our original hanging tags.

The exchange must be made for the same item and in the case that your item

style is sold out, we will notify you by email and issue a store credit within 5

Business days once your return meets our return condition.

*CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL RETURN SHIPPING FEES AND A

RESHIPPING FEE FOR EXCHANGED MERCHANDISE.*

Our team finds it as a great brand building by effectively inspecting all

merchandise before shipping them out. Therefore, it is highly unlikely for

our customers to receive Damaged merchandise.

Expect to receive an email after we have received and inspected your return within 3-4 business days.

If any returned item does not meet our return policy as unworn, smoke-free,

and fragrance-free, your item will be rejected and you will be responsible for

a return shipping fee.

If your return is approved, your exchange will be processed, or a store credit

will be issued within 5 business days or sooner.

We reserve the right to refuse any exchange that doesn’t meet our

requirements included but are not limited to any signs of wear, the smell of

smoke and fragrance smell.

All sales and discounted items are non-refundable.

Please pay careful attention to items descriptions that you wished to

purchase before placing your order as some items do not have stretch to

them and will run small in size than normal sizes.
